SOMNICHARTS BETA TESTING AGREEMENT
Please read this agreement carefully before participating in the SomniCharts Beta Program.
1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE
This Beta Testing Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("Beta Tester," "you," or "your") and SomniCharts ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By clicking "I Accept" below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
You must accept this Agreement each time you log in to participate in the Beta Program.
2. BETA PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
SomniCharts is a web application for analyzing and visualizing CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) device data. The Beta Program allows selected testers to evaluate pre-release versions of our software and provide feedback to help improve the product before public release.
Beta Program Duration: 30 days from January 10, 2026 to February 9, 2026, unless extended or terminated earlier at our discretion.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION
Participation in this Beta Program is:
- By invitation only - You have been selected from our community of interested users
- Entirely voluntary - You may withdraw at any time by discontinuing use
- Not an employment relationship - You are not an employee, contractor, or agent of SomniCharts
4. COMPENSATION
In consideration for your participation and feedback, you will receive:
- One (1) year of free access to SomniCharts "Basic Tier" membership following the public launch
- No monetary compensation is provided for Beta Program participation
5. BETA TESTER RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Beta Tester, you agree to:
- Use the software in good faith for its intended purpose (CPAP data analysis)
- Report bugs, issues, and usability problems using the in-app Feedback system
- Provide constructive feedback when requested
- Not attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas
- Keep your login credentials confidential
6. DATA AND PRIVACY
Your CPAP data is stored securely. We will not sell, share, or disclose your personal health data to third parties. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
7. DISCLAIMERS
BETA SOFTWARE: This software is a pre-release version that may contain bugs. It is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.
NOT MEDICAL ADVICE: SomniCharts is for informational purposes only. It is NOT a medical device and should NOT be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.
8. SECURITY POLICIES
- Malware Scanning: All uploaded files are scanned for malware
- Three-Strike Policy: Uploading malware results in strikes. Three strikes = permanent ban
